Attendance Confirmation for 2ND6 classes opens on Wednesday, 6/28. It must be completed by Friday, 6/30. Attendance Confirmation opens the day after the drop period ends and runs for three calendar days.
Once you report a student as having never attended, they are removed from your roster. You may reinstate a student by e-mailing Karen Walfall (email@example.com) in Lakeland or Joshua Plazak (firstname.lastname@example.org) in Winter Haven with the student ID number and course reference number until 6/30. After that date you will need to complete a reinstatement form by clicking the Student Reinstatement link in PASSPORT.
This must be completed for ALL classes you are teaching even if all of your students have attended. To complete Attendance Confirmation simply log on to PASSPORT, click the “Class Roster” quick link, select the Summer 2017 term, and click the “Open” button in the Attendance Confirmation column.
