Attendance Confirmation – Now Open!

Attendance Confirmation for Fastrack 2 is now open! It must be completed by Friday, October 27. Attendance Confirmation opens the day after the drop period ends and runs for three calendar days.

Once you report a student as having never attended, they are removed from your roster. You may reinstate a student by completing a reinstatement form. To do this, access PASSPORT and click the Student Reinstatement link.

This must be completed for ALL classes you are teaching even if all of your students have attended. To complete Attendance Confirmation simply log on to PASSPORT, click the “Class Roster” quick link, select the Fall 2017 term, and click the “Open” button in the Attendance Confirmation column.

Final Grades Due Tomorrow!

Final grades for Fastrack 1 (FT1) classes are due before 9:00 a.m. tomorrow, Friday, October 13. It is vital that all grades be submitted on time as missing grades delay important end-of-term processes and functions. Please ensure that your grades will be submitted before this time.

If you are assigning an incomplete (“I”) grade to a student, please check with your dean’s office regarding reporting procedures.

Please ensure that your access to Passport works properly in advance of the deadline. If you have issues accessing Passport, please call the Help Desk at 863-297-1000 ext. 5111. This will ensure that you are able to submit grades by the deadline.
